"I think the Queen and Meghan's relationship at this point is one built on respect, and Meghan has shifted her own personal style to adopt a more demure regal look-something I think the Queen will be thankful for".

Thousands of racegoers cheered and applauded from the stands as the Queen's carriage led the procession down the course.

For Ascot, Meghan paired her white dress with black accents in the form of a thin belt that looped around the embroidered waist of the design, as well as a hat that boasted black netting and a leather bow.

Mr. Markle said that he broke the news about not attending the wedding to Harry and Meghan through a phone call.

Though Markle stole the show, Prince Harry was also at her side looking dapper in a top hat and with his beard looking as full and dashing as ever.

Since becoming the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has often appeared in outfits that push the boundaries of royal protocol.

Dettori, 47, kissed Meghan's hand as she presented him with his trophy for riding the favourite, Without Parole, to victory in the St James's Palace Stakes.

Meghan wasn't the only royal to not wear her name tag this year. My daughter is capable of anything and she'll certainly be a complement to the Royal Family.

One of the biggest royal events of the year is the annual week of horse races known as the Royal Ascot.

Meghan Markle is said to be extremely upset about her father speaking out to the media.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children were absent. Kensington Palace said that the royal couple will travel to Dublin for two days starting on 10 July.

She was spotted laughing and chatting her her step ether-in-law, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who also looked ethereal in all cream.

Now that the couple have got the title, they have a lot more responsibilities, with the former Suits actress reportedly signed onto six months of 'princess lessons' to ideal her royal etiquette.

Perhaps the most ironic part of the interview, though, came when Thomas recalled conversations he had with Harry and Meghan in which they told him, "Don't talk to the press".
