Demi is now recovering in hospital in Los Angeles, and is apparently suffering from a very high fever and extreme nausea, but reports say that she is "expected to make a full recovery".

"Driving with lights and sirens to a scene saves us an average of over three minutes getting into a call", she said.

In a 2016 interview on CBS Sunday Morning, Lovato said her four years of sobriety was more important than her career.

The pop star is now in the hospital, recovering from a drug overdose she suffered last week, and subsequent complications. Do not cut, copy or lift any content from this website without our consent.

TMZ reports that Demi Lovato was in such poor health when she overdosed that her assistant thought she had died. People close to Lovato told her that they would cut her out of their lives if she did not get treatment.

"The Sorry Not Sorry singer is feeling fine and is all prepared to leave the hospital this weekend".

At the time, it was reported that Wilmer had been by Demi's side every day during her hospital stay, but like her family, he tip-toed around mentioning rehab to the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer until it was the right time. It's not yet clear where she will be admitted.

Her personal assistant reportedly screamed out, "She's dead!"

We're still sending all our love and well wishes to Demi and her family at this hard time. Now that she is stable, her team wants it imperative that she go to drug rehabilitation center.

Demi had been sober for six years at the start of this year, but revealed last month through a song entitled "Sober" that she had broken that sobriety. She relapsed shortly after seeking treatment; in 2012, she reentered inpatient rehab, then resided in a sober living facility for a year.
