Apple is expected to equip both iPhone XS models with a new A12 Apple designed processor for performance enhancements and battery efficiency.

A separate report coming from Europe indicates that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone will cost exactly the same as the iPhone 8. Apple typically announces new iPhones in September, and this year it's widely expected that the company will continue the tradition.

In the U.S., this means the cheapest 2018 iPhone will set you back $699, the iPhone Xs should go for $799, while the iPhone Xs Max is going to be priced at $999. But with about a week left before Apple's event, there's still time to make this phone the "iPhone 11" - or, at least, not the XS.

The analysts from KeyBanc are also thinking the 6.5-inch iPhone XS Plus will cost more than Apple's current flagship model. The entry-level iPhone will ditch the stainless steel housing, opting instead for an aluminum shell that will come in a series of colors according to Bloomberg. Image courtesy of Bloomberg. As it happens every time, Apple is holding the event in the month of September and on the same day as previous year.

"Apple's coming iPhone lineup is likely to maximize the available screen real estate within form factors that will still fit in trousers pockets, which suggests we have reached a limit of screen size as an incremental driver of demand".

Business customers can get an iPhone 8 for $18 per month, and when paired with a T-Mobile One plan for $25 per month, the total monthly cost for the line is $43. There will likely be two storage options - 64GB and 256GB, with the base model starting at $749 (roughly Rs 53,800). That'd be madness to follow suit with the Galaxy Note 9, wouldn't it?

The smart connector is now on the shorter side of the tablet, above the charging port, suggesting Apple wishes you to use the device in portrait mode when connected to a keyboard.
